Two of Starfish Ventures’ portfolio companies, Audinate and Nitro, have been named in the annual Australian Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list. The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia 2013 program ranks the 50 fastest growing public or private technology companies, based on percentage revenue growth over two years from 2011 to 2013.
Audinate, a spin out of NICTA, created Dante, a plug-and-play digital networking solution which delivers ultra-low latency, tightly synchronized media, while simplifying installation and configuration of digital media networks.
Nitro develops document collaboration software to enable businesses to create, edit, share, sign and collaborate – online or offline. This is Nitro’s second time in the Fast 50 list.
John Dyson, Investment Director at Starfish, said “We’re incredibly proud of all of our companies, and to have this type of recognition means we’re not alone in our belief in Australia’s technology strengths. We’ve worked closely with the companies to develop their growth strategies, so to see them make the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 group is pleasing. ”
