DENVER, CO AND NEW YORK, NY, JUNE 5, 2007 – Leading telecom expense management (TEM) companies Vercuity Solutions and Quickcomm Software, today announced that they have agreed to jointly market and provide Telecom Expense Management solutions to Global 2000 companies.

The partnership for the first time offers Global 2000 companies one-stop shopping for all their TEM requirements and the option to combine and manage wireless and wireline, domestic and international services and network assets on a single integrated platform. Under terms of the agreement, Quickcomm will become the exclusive “software inside” for Vercuity’s clients, enabling Vercuity to enhance and extend the quality, breadth and depth of its telecom management service offering. By combining Vercuity’s renowned market expertise with Quickcomm’s advanced technology, the combination will become the largest, most comprehensive TEM provider worldwide.

Vercuity’s adoption and integration of Quickcomm’s leading software standard creates a combined offering that provides on-demand validation and optimization of clients’ entire global telecommunication investment.

Over the course of the next year, Vercuity and Quickcomm will work together to provide this enhanced capability to their customers.

The partnership will successfully close the loop between a software provider and outsourcer by combining an industry leading software solution with a highly experienced, consultative practice that together offer:
